At Vi at La Jolla Village, the concierge plays a pivotal role as the first point of contact for residents and guests. This full-time position, operating Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, is integral to maintaining a welcoming and secure atmosphere. Job Requirements
- prior experience in a customer service environment preferred
- current CPR and First Aid certifications required or willingness to become certified
- excellent oral communication skills including a clear speaking voice
- excellent organizational skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks
- ability to deal with stress and act responsibly with good judgment in emergency situations
- ability to use a resident and customer-focused approach to problem solving

Job Duties
