Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong communication skills
Excellent time management abilities
High attention to detail
Ability to multitask effectively

Solid and accurate data entry skills
Strong communication and time management skills
Competency in Microsoft Office software
High attention to detail and organization abilities
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage simultaneous tasks

Job Duties

Provide Signature Service customer service to homeowner
Create and maintain homeowners' job files
Build a concrete relationship with the homeowner
Work with RSR's and Scheduling teams to move the homeowner's job through the process
Work with Sales Reps to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs, or jobs in progress
Resolve any post install situations
Schedule homeowners' technical measure, installation date, and reminder calls
Send out the post installation survey and resolve any post installation situations
