Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • One to two years of customer service related experience
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
  • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations

Job Duties

  • Welcome and greet all guests and assist with questions or needs
  • Maintain integrity and exclusivity of private clubs and premium areas
  • Own guest concerns from discovery through resolution during events
  • Engage guests including building rapport with season ticket holders and repeat guests
  • Uphold venue and company policies consistently
  • Proactively monitor situations to ensure guest and colleague safety
  • Problem solve effectively
  • Be available to work 80% of ticketed events at multiple venues
