Employees in this role are expected to work with minimal supervision, exhibiting strong time management and self-motivation skills. The company also supports career progression with eligibility for advancement through Tier 2 and Tier 3 Concierge levels based on tenure and performance. Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k with company matching, paid holidays, and rent discounts for employees residing in Broe properties, reinforce the company’s commitment to employee well-being.
