We are currently seeking an Immediate Concierge to join our vibrant team serving some of the most exclusive properties in the region. This role is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are highly skilled, friendly, and thrive in dynamic, customer-focused environments. As a Concierge at Royale Company, you will be the initial point of contact within luxury residential lobbies, playing a vital role in creating a warm and inviting environment for residents and guests. This position offers a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM, with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18 to $20. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a professional setting that values attention to detail, customer satisfaction, and efficient service delivery.

The Concierge role involves multiple responsibilities that contribute to smooth property operations and positive resident experiences. You will be responsible for meeting, greeting, and directing residents and visitors, ensuring that every interaction reflects the high standards of Royale Company. Your duties include verifying and recording visitor information, managing incoming mail and packages with care, and monitoring lobby traffic to keep residents informed of arrivals. Additionally, maintaining accurate logbooks for visitors and contractors ensures security and accountability within the property.

This position requires a candidate who is detail-oriented, professional, and personable. You will be expected to handle telephone inquiries professionally and assist callers with directions and information promptly. Basic computer and typing skills are essential to accurately document visitor data and manage communications efficiently.
