Additionally, the Concierge arranges personal shopping, floral deliveries, house-sitting services, car detailing, secretarial support, medical referrals, grooming appointments, restaurant reservations, cleaning services, and repair services. This expansive scope of duties demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain composed under pressure.

The ideal candidate will bring excellent verbal, mathematical, and reasoning skills combined with advanced computer proficiency and knowledge of internet, email, and social media tools for community marketing purposes. As team-oriented professionals, Concierges should also be capable of working independently when necessary, effectively prioritizing tasks and handling a variety of urgent and routine issues with calm and sound judgment.

Employment is structured as a five-day workweek scheduled by the Property Manager, ensuring availability aligns with resident needs. The role may involve light travel for training and education seminars to maintain and develop skills.
