Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • availability to work every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
  • ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical activities intermittently during shift
  • proficiency in basic computer applications
  • strong communication skills
  • dependable and trustworthy
  • able to follow safety and emergency protocols

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior customer service experience
  • proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and email
  • knowledge of building operations preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage emergency procedures effectively
  • experience in senior living or hospitality preferred

Job Duties

  • Ensure the highest quality of customer service is available for residents
  • answer a multiline telephone, screen and direct calls
  • greet guests and residents and direct to correct destination
  • respond to and address resident concerns during shift
  • provide general administrative and clerical support
  • schedule appointments
  • receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • carry out emergency procedures during shift
  • use the BILD sales system proficiently
  • oversee weekend activities
  • notify Executive Director of emergency situations
  • note and report areas in need of repair to Assistant Director
  • perform other duties assigned by Executive Director
