- Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury brand
- Experience in luxury hospitality, concierge service, premium retail, or dealership operations is a major plus
- Previous exposure to high-end service standards, such as luxury hotels or premium guest experience environments, is strongly preferred
- Prior experience is preferred

Job Duties
- Welcome every service guest with warmth, professionalism, and urgency
- Set the tone for a premium Genesis experience from arrival to departure
- Assist with guest hospitality and ensure guests feel acknowledged, valued, and cared for throughout their visit
- Support service drive operations through guest communication, phone handling, and service coordination
- Help facilitate valet flow and guest arrival/departure needs
- Assist with cashiering and final guest interactions to ensure a smooth and polished experience
- Partner closely with service advisors, valet teammates, and leadership to support an efficient and elevated guest experience
