Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property management or customer service preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency including MS Office
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Must be reliable and have a professional demeanor

- Experience in property management or customer service is preferred
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Basic understanding of maintenance coordination and lease management
- Basic MS Office knowledge
Job Duties
- Oversee the front desk warmly greeting residents guests vendors and contractors
- Provide community and amenity information assist residents with key gate card requests facilitate inquiries
- Offer refreshments to guests waiting to meet with a leasing consultant
- Assist with service requests by entering them into the system or guiding residents on self-submission
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the community to provide recommendations for local dining and entertainment options
- Engage with residents and prospective residents to enhance customer experience and resident retention
- Support the Senior Concierge Resident Specialist and Leasing Team in planning and executing resident events such as parties movie nights and special celebrations
- Arrange small gestures for resident milestones including birthdays engagements weddings and losses
- Manage the package room ensuring accurate acceptance resident notifications and proper distribution
- Maintain office cleanliness restock coffee bars and monitor office supplies
- Prepare leasing materials such as brochures and floor plans for prospective residents
- Ensure model and vacant units are clean and ready for tours
- Handle opening and closing procedures for the leasing office ensuring readiness each day
- Route calls efficiently schedule tours and appointments and assist with general inquiries
- Provide administrative support to the Property Manager as needed
- Oversee the weekly Sunday breakfast including shopping setup and cleanup
- Regularly update the community's social media platforms with high-quality content showcasing the community lifestyle and promoting available units
