Job Description
The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel is a premier luxury resort located within the renowned Deer Valley ski resort, just about 40 minutes from the Salt Lake City International Airport. This exquisite hotel is part of a major development featuring 17 ski lifts, 1,600 residential units, eight hotels totaling 1,350 rooms, and 250,000 square feet of conference and retail space. Among its unique amenities, the hotel boasts one of the largest ski beaches in the world, making it a standout destination for skiing and winter sports enthusiasts.
The hotel itself offers 436 luxury accommodations, including 381 guest rooms and 55 residential units, complemented by approximately 30,000 square feet of versatile indoor meeting space. The Concierge role at the Grand Hyatt Deer Valley is a vital guest-facing position, especially critical during the busy ski season. The Concierge will be responsible for providing personalized services that enhance each guest’s stay with tailored recommendations, managing reservations for dining, transportation, and activities, as well as creating memorable guest experiences. This role requires deep knowledge of local attractions, ski services, and seasonal events, allowing the Concierge to deliver expert guidance and assistance. Acting as the face of the hotel, the Concierge ensures that guest needs are met promptly and professionally, contributing directly to high levels of guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hospitality or guest service experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of the local area activities and ski offerings
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
