Job Requirements
- Exceptional customer service experience preferably in hospitality or senior living
- experience interacting with guests, residents, co-workers, and the public in a courteous professional manner
- ability to make independent decisions and remain calm during emergencies
- strong reasoning skills with the ability to process information and communicate effectively
- proficiency in English
- proficiency with computers, mobile devices, AV equipment, and office technology
- familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
