The Front Desk Floater is responsible for answering phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries, directing calls to the appropriate departments, and managing the Alert Call System efficiently. This ensures that any emergencies or important notifications are handled swiftly to maintain the safety and security of our environment. The position demands flexibility, as the Floater moves between different responsibilities to cover breaks and support the concierge team. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
