Job Requirements
- Exceptional customer service experience within hospitality, senior living or related industry preferred
- Experience interacting with guests, residents, co-workers and the public in courteous and professional manner
- Ability to make independent decisions and remain calm during emergencies
- Strong reasoning skills to understand issues, provide and receive feedback
- Proficient in English communication
- Proficiency with computers, mobile devices, AV technology and office equipment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Job Duties

- Engaging with residents, families, guests and co-workers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering calls, welcoming visitors, monitoring security and safety standards, sorting and distributing mail, coordinating rides, outings, and activities for residents
- Ensuring the front entrance, lobby, reception and common areas are clean, welcoming and well maintained
- Encouraging teamwork and collaboration through open communication with team members across departments
- Championing residents' expectations to ensure high satisfaction
- Providing information, resources and recommendations to residents and guests
