Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work the specified schedule of Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with office equipment such as phones, scanners, copiers, and fax machines
Job Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service experience within hospitality, senior living, or related industry preferred
- Experience interacting professionally with guests, residents, co-workers, and the general public
- Ability to remain calm and make independent decisions during emergencies
- Strong reasoning and communication skills in English
- Proficiency with computers, mobile devices, AV equipment, and office technology including Microsoft Office Suite
Job Duties
- Embracing the Revel culture code in work and interactions
- Engaging with residents, families, guests, and co-workers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handling daily challenges including answering calls, welcoming visitors, monitoring security and safety standards, sorting and distributing mail, and coordinating rides and activities
- Maintaining a professional and welcoming community appearance through light housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal
- Encouraging teamwork and open communication with other Revel team members
- Championing residents' expectations to ensure exceptional service
- Serving as the primary point of contact and resource for residents and team members
