Job Requirements
- Exceptional customer service experience in hospitality, senior living, or related field preferred
- Ability to interact professionally with guests, residents, co-workers, and general public
- Capacity to make independent decisions and stay calm during emergencies
- Good reasoning and information processing skills
- Proficient English communication skills
- Familiarity with computers, tablets, AV equipment, and office technology including Microsoft Office Suite

- Exceptional customer service experience preferably in hospitality or senior living
- Experience interacting courteously and professionally with guests, residents, co-workers, and the public
- Ability to make independent decisions and remain calm in emergencies
- Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English
- Skilled in using computers, mobile devices, AV equipment, and office technology including Microsoft Office Suite
Job Duties
- Embracing the Revel Culture Code in all interactions and work activities
- Engaging with residents, families, guests, and co-workers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handling daily challenges including answering calls, welcoming visitors, monitoring security and safety standards, sorting and distributing mail, and coordinating rides, outings, and activities for residents
- Maintaining cleanliness and appeal of front entrance, lobby, reception, and common areas through light housekeeping tasks
- Encouraging teamwork and collaboration with other Revel team members across departments
- Championing residents' expectations to ensure outstanding service delivery
