With a commitment to serving thousands of residents and families throughout the region, ISL ensures high-quality care combined with lifestyle-focused services. The organization is guided by foundational principles known as the "Culture Keepers," which foster purposeful environments where residents thrive and team members feel valued, empowered, and supported. ISL stands out as one of the largest senior living organizations in the United States, and has earned the Great Place to Work® certification consecutively from 2022 through 2026.

These initiatives equip team members with the skills and tools necessary to build meaningful and rewarding careers in the senior living field. The company is recognized for its supportive work environment, promoting collaboration and purpose-driven service to the communities it serves.

The Concierge role at Integral Senior Living is essential to creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for residents, guests, and staff. This role involves greeting visitors warmly, managing internal and external communications, and providing general information and assistance within the community. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, have excellent communication skills, and value contributing directly to the well-being and comfort of seniors and their families. As part of ISL's team, the Concierge will experience a culture that values respect, inclusivity, and ongoing personal development. The company provides competitive wages, flexible scheduling options, including both full-time and part-time roles, and an excellent benefits package encompassing health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance options for full-time employees.

Additional benefits include paid time off, holidays, access to wages before payday, 401(k) retirement plans with employer matching, paid training, opportunities for advancement, meals, uniforms, and an Employee Assistance Program that supports the overall mental and emotional well-being of team members. ISL’s Concierge position offers an opportunity to be part of a nationally recognized organization dedicated to quality senior care, employee satisfaction, and community engagement. By joining ISL, candidates are welcomed into a vibrant community-focused organization where their contributions make a meaningful difference every day.
