This role is a 40-hour-per-week position based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with working hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST, Monday through Friday. The Concierge position is vital in supporting the employees of BEST’s clients by proactively anticipating and responding to their needs and requests with excellent customer service. The primary focus of the Concierge is to deliver outstanding service experiences that reflect BEST’s core values: trustworthiness, compassion, resourcefulness, a results-oriented approach, and creating value in every interaction. Responsibilities include fulfilling a wide range of customer service requests such as running errands, coordinating vehicle services, planning events, facilitating shipping needs, and more. Additionally, the Concierge is responsible for accurately capturing service activity data within BEST’s service management platform and promoting available services and promotions to customers. This role demands a dynamic, solutions-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple service requests efficiently and effectively. The Concierge acts as a key liaison between the clients and BEST, ensuring that all interactions reflect the company’s commitment to compassionate and professional service. BEST’s working conditions for this position require the ability to stand, sit, and walk for prolonged periods and occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 pounds, reflecting the hands-on nature of the role.
