The Concierge role at Grand Hyatt Deer Valley is a critical, guest-facing position designed to create memorable and personalized experiences for visitors during the ski season. This position serves as a key representative of the hotel, responsible for providing expert advice on local attractions, assisting guests with reservations for dining, transportation, and activities, and ensuring guests receive timely and professional responses to their needs. The Concierge helps foster outstanding guest satisfaction by maintaining collaborative relationships with local partners and vendors to enhance guest offerings. This role requires a strong knowledge of the local area, especially ski services and seasonal events, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and flexibility to accommodate a schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
