Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
  • Knowledge of the Central Business District and local amenities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with safety and security protocols
  • Physical stamina to stand for long hours and assist with carrying items

Job Duties

  • Greet residents and guests with a pleasant and courteous attitude
  • Assist residents by opening doors and directing them around the community
  • Provide information regarding directions, building facilities, local restaurants, shops, and attractions
  • Monitor safety by screening visitors, checking identification, patrolling premises, and reviewing surveillance
  • Accept, securely store, and distribute packages and mail for residents
  • Perform administrative tasks including coordinating event materials and confirming guest information
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby and common areas
