Job Duties
- Provide ongoing telephone coverage and be the communication hub for our community
- Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner that meets organizational objectives while ensuring individuals feel they were served appropriately, keeping difficult situations from escalating
- Accept delivery packages and notify residents when their items arrive
- Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
- Assist the Business Office Manager with various projects and assignments
