In the role of Concierge at Havenwood of Maple Grove, you become the vital first point of contact for residents, guests, prospective employees, vendors, suppliers, and service providers. This hospitality-focused position is fundamental in shaping the community's welcoming atmosphere through your engaging and professional interactions. As the Concierge, you will be responsible for managing ongoing telephone coverage and acting as the hub for all hospitality-related operations. Your ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues smoothly will be instrumental in maintaining the organization's reputation for warmth and service excellence. Handling difficult situations calmly and professionally to prevent conflicts from escalating is critical in this role. Additionally, your duties will include accepting package deliveries, notifying residents promptly when their packages arrive, preparing maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff, and supporting the Business Office Manager with various administrative projects and assignments.

This position offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $20.00 plus per hour and includes a complimentary lunch during every shift, reflecting Havenwood's commitment to valuing its team members.
