Besides serving as the primary point of contact for visitors, the Concierge also manages telephone communications, handles inquiries, and ensures that issues are addressed promptly and appropriately. Job Requirements

- experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties
- greet residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner
- provide ongoing telephone coverage and resolve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers promptly and appropriately
- maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor in all interactions, especially during difficult situations
- accept delivery packages and notify residents of their arrivals
- prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
- assist the Business Office Manager with various projects and assignments
