Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • strong problem-solving abilities
  • ability to maintain professional composure under stress

  • passionate about hospitality and senior engagement

Job Duties

  • greet residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner
  • provide ongoing telephone coverage and resolve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers promptly and appropriately
  • maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor in all interactions, especially during difficult situations
  • accept delivery packages and notify residents of their arrivals
  • prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
  • assist the Business Office Manager with various projects and assignments
