Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree and two years work experience in customer service, healthcare, or hospitality or combination of all three
- or high school diploma or GED and six years work experience in customer service, healthcare, or hospitality or combination of all three
- bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- above average verbal communication skills for heavy public contact
- exceptional public speaking skills
- writing and composing correspondence and reports
- proficiency with PC, MS Word, and MS Excel
- availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours
- healthcare experience preferred
- great customer service skills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- assist patients and visitors with wayfinding and facility directions
- provide patient information
- assist with internal and external transportation needs
- troubleshoot questions, concerns and issues
- train and mentor assigned volunteers
- maintain desk resources and departmental manuals
- cross-train in various areas to ensure continuity and quality of service
