Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • fluent in speaking, reading and writing English
  • proficient in computer skills, including database software and Microsoft Office
  • strong communication skills and proficient math and analytical skills
  • excellent customer service skills
  • excellent time management and organizational skills
  • ability to prioritize and multitask
  • ability to respond effectively in an emergency or crisis situation
  • ability to bend, squat, stoop, kneel, push, pull, sit and stand on feet for extended periods of time
  • ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
  • must pass background check or have approved exemption
  • must pass drug test, pre-employment physical and TB test

Job Duties

  • coordinate multiple requests and respond in a timely manner
  • accurately update spreadsheets to track the services provided to residents
  • maintain a smooth work flow in the Suites Building
  • perform office duties as necessary and maintain an orderly work station
  • assist with activities and events as needed
  • respond to residents needs with courtesy and promptness
  • coordinate and deliver items, e.g., mail, to resident apartments
  • communicate with the kitchen for room service requests
  • perform other duties as assigned
