We are currently seeking a dedicated Concierge to join one of our vibrant senior living communities. The Concierge plays a pivotal role as the first point of contact, responsible for greeting residents, guests, and employees with professionalism and warmth. This role manages incoming and outgoing calls, takes accurate and detailed messages, and provides general informational support to visitors and residents alike. The Concierge ensures that communication flows seamlessly within the community, supporting daily operations and enhancing resident satisfaction.

This position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain an organized, welcoming environment at the community entrance. Responsibilities include managing appointment scheduling for residents and family members, organizing mail distribution, preparing meal tickets, updating vital resident contact lists and logs, and assisting the marketing department with brochure preparation. In addition, the Concierge ensures meticulous maintenance of resident forms and supports adherence to company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess one to three years of customer service experience or related training. Job Duties

  • Carries out telephone answering and reception duties as required
  • Takes complete messages with pertinent information and communicates messages to the intended recipient
  • Greets residents and visitors
  • answers inquiries and gives directions
  • Collates brochures for the marketing department
  • Prepares meal tickets for team members and family members, tallies meal count sheets for the Dining staff
  • Updates the Resident Phone List and Roster and Move-In and Move-Out Register daily
  • Guest and Sign-In Logs as necessary
  • Manages appointments for residents and family members such as but not limited to hairdresser, transportation, etc.
  • Maintains and keeps desk and entry area neat and organized
  • Organizes, distributes mail to residents, Executive Director and Department Coordinators
  • Maintains resident forms for miscellaneous credits
  • Maintains adherence to all company personnel policies and established operating policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned
