The company operates more than 130 prestigious country clubs, city clubs, and athletic clubs, each designed to offer first-class amenities such as championship golf courses, state-of-the-art racquet facilities, modern workspaces, handcrafted cuisine, resort-style pools, fitness centers, and much more. Invited’s dedication to creating inclusive and welcoming environments is integral to its success and reputation within the hospitality sector.
The Concierge role at Invited is an essential position within the Member Experience team, emphasizing personalized, exceptional service to club members. This role is vital in fostering meaningful connections that ensure members feel valued and appreciated at every stage of their interaction with the club—from before their visit, during their stay, and after their departure. The Concierge acts as the frontline liaison, managing phone calls, reservations, general emails, and inquiries while promoting various club offerings, events, and social media initiatives. Through attention to detail and commitment to upholding the club’s core values of Warm Welcomes, Magic Moments, and Fond Farewells, the Concierge plays a pivotal role in enhancing member satisfaction and loyalty.
Key responsibilities include greeting members and guests warmly, managing reservations accurately, providing information about club services and amenities, supporting member communications such as newsletters and event announcements, and making outreach efforts to new and at-risk members to encourage engagement and retention. The Concierge also supports member experience initiatives by promoting club events, maintaining comprehensive records on dedicated platforms like M360 and MemberFirst, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment. This position demands a professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and a service-oriented mindset aimed at delivering memorable experiences that keep members connected and involved.
This dynamic role offers the opportunity to work closely with a passionate and inclusive team while contributing to the continued success of one of the country's premier private club operators. Working hours include weekends and holidays as scheduled, requiring flexibility and a proactive approach. Invited offers a competitive total rewards package which, for full-time team members, includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off. Invited is committed to professional growth, safety, and providing a supportive environment that values every employee’s contributions.
