Job Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or related customer service roles

Job Duties
- Provide a warm welcome and fond farewell to members and guests
- Greet every call with a warm and friendly tone, providing prompt assistance and answering questions
- Deliver exceptional business and concierge services to members and guests, guiding them within the club and creating memorable experiences
- Inform members and guests about club services, amenities, and upcoming events
- Assist with member communications, including social media efforts, newsletters, and event announcements
- Make outbound calls to new and at-risk members to ensure engagement and retention
- Manage reservations for club programs, dining, and services
- Conduct proactive phone calls to confirm member reservations
- Actively promote upcoming events and assist with event registration and follow-ups
- Contribute to member experience initiatives, including website calendar updates and managing message-on-hold systems
- Maintain accurate documentation of member interactions in the M360 system
- Prepare personalized welcome tents, birthday, and anniversary cards
- Communicate member allergies or dietary restrictions to restaurant teams
- Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby and work areas
- Ensure supplies are stocked and available
- Assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned
- Follow all company, club, and department policies and procedures
- Maintain professionalism and commitment to excellence
- Follow safe working practices
- Take initiative in personal and professional growth
- Address challenges with available resources
- Attend daily briefings and engage in team activities
