We are currently looking to add a Concierge to our team who embodies a customer-centric ethos with empathy, creativity, and exceptional organizational skills. The Concierge acts as the primary interface between the residents and the company, playing a pivotal role in enhancing the overall resident experience. This highly visible position requires a warm demeanor coupled with a collaborative spirit and impeccable follow-through. The role is deeply embedded in our culture, which embraces an entrepreneurial mindset, flexibility, and results-driven performance under tight deadlines, while maintaining a spirit of fun and teamwork. The Concierge will engage in a variety of responsibilities including monitoring building entrances and visitor activity, managing package logistics, documenting incidents, responding promptly to resident concerns, and coordinating lifestyle services tailored to resident needs.
Additionally, the Concierge will contribute to the vibrancy of our community by assisting with social event planning and offering residents expert knowledge about local businesses and community resources. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
- ability to work independently and with a team
- strong communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- knowledge of local area and transportation
- proficiency with computers and technology
- ability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- dependable attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
- high school or GED required

- ability to plan and prioritize efficiently and motivate/lead team members
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete multiple tasks with simultaneous deadlines/interruptions
- strong written and oral communication and problem-solving skills
- knowledge of the city
- knowledge of the local transportation options including public and private transportation options
- technically savvy with technology, i.e. smartphones and computers
- computer proficiency including but not limited to Microsoft Office
Job Duties
- Monitor entrances, exits, and all activity in front lobby
- maintain visitor and vendor logs
- manage package room - log, organize, and distribute packages
- document and communicate incidents/accidents at the property to the leadership team
- be readily available to resolve any problems or dissatisfaction of the residents, within company policy
- take maintenance requests, as needed
- hand out team member business cards and gather information for follow up (after office hours only)
- provide access to the community for resident's guests, deliveries, and other special requests from management and/or residents with prior written approval
- provide firsthand knowledge of the local area and our community
- make recommendations about activities, local businesses, and services to ensure residents and guests have a positive experience that meets their needs
- accommodate residents with lifestyle services that tailor to their needs like grocery, flower and furniture deliveries, utility assistance, transportation services, dinner reservations, dry cleaning, house cleaning, car washing, etc
- assist in planning, coordinating, and promoting resident social events
- be proactive about solving problems, even if it’s outside of your area, and be ready to take on additional initiates and responsibilities as they emerge
- seek out opportunities to be a leader and do everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objectives
