The available role is a key position that significantly shapes the first impressions of visitors, residents, and families by acting as a liaison with the Leadership Team and supporting various administrative operations. This is a per diem position starting at $16.00 per hour, emphasizing flexibility and opportunity for those seeking part-time or variable work schedules. The role is crucial to the smooth operation of front desk activities and telephone management while also providing administrative and clerical support to the broader Juniper Team.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and directing visitors, coordinating communication through phone systems, and maintaining an organized and welcoming front desk environment. Responsibilities extend to supporting mailing and marketing initiatives by handling mail distribution, preparing and sending community invitations and notices, and assisting with package handling. The position also requires performing secretarial and data processing duties such as preparing reports, coordinating resident move-ins and assessments, managing transportation logistics, and supporting onboarding processes. This multifaceted role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and are eager to contribute to a supportive and innovative senior living community.

Job Duties
- Greet and direct visitors to the building
- maintain a clean and organized workspace including waiting and concierge areas
- answer incoming phone calls and forward or take messages as appropriate
- assist in mailing and marketing initiatives by organizing and distributing mail, sending and receiving packages, preparing and sending community invitations, notices, and flyers
- perform secretarial and computer/data processing duties such as preparing reports and logs
- coordinate move-ins, resident assessments, and transportation
- prepare resident files and training materials
- assist with coordination of onboarding and hiring process as needed
