Barnes-Jewish is presently seeking to hire Concierge Desk Representatives for both full-time and part-time positions across multiple shifts. The openings include full-time schedules from Sunday to Wednesday (10:30 AM to 9 PM) and Monday to Friday (10 AM to 6:30 PM), as well as part-time positions covering 12 hours between Wednesday and Saturday (5 AM to 3:30 PM). The role of Concierge Desk Representative is vital as it shapes the first impression of patients, visitors, and other guests entering the medical center. This customer-facing position ensures seamless navigation and offers key information about the hospital and its surroundings.
The Concierge Desk Representative acts as a frontline ambassador, delivering an exceptional service experience by greeting patients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and empathy. They provide guidance, directions, and assist in patient arrival and departure processes. The Concierge team also manages information desks, supports internal hospital resources, and leverages technology to direct guests efficiently across the hospital campus. Candidates with prior customer service experience are highly preferred, as these skills are integral to handling a variety of inquiries and challenges promptly and effectively.
