The company’s corporate office is located in Bellevue, Washington, where it serves as the central hub for coordination, support, and administration across all Aegis Living communities. This position is full-time and in-office, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
The Concierge's primary responsibility is to create a warm, inviting atmosphere for all visitors and callers. This role demands strong organizational skills, time management, and an ability to work flexibly as a universal worker willing to assist wherever needed.
Success in this role is measured by the ability to demonstrate reliability, excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality service standards. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion. They must be skilled in building positive relationships with residents, staff, and family members, and able to work collaboratively across different teams.
