The role of Breakfast Attendant/Cook at Concord Hospitality is vital in setting the tone for our guests' day. As a member of our morning breakfast team, you will be many times the first point of contact our guests have, greeting them with a friendly smile and a cheerful attitude. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Willingness to perform light cooking and cleaning duties
Ability to work early morning shifts
Excellent interpersonal skills
Reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required
Strong customer service skills

Job Duties

Maintain a clean dining room, service area, and food and beverage hallways
Provide professional, competent, and prompt service with attention to guest needs
Arrive to work in uniform with a smile and 'Can-do' attitude
Restock food and supplies as needed to ensure consistent service
Continuous cleaning of area to provide all guests the same experience regardless of their breakfast arrival
Be knowledgeable on the general area and engage in conversation with guests on plans for the day
Communicate to management any guest concerns that need to be addressed
