- Must be 21 years of age
- high school diploma or GED
- minimum 6 months experience in frontline guest service in spa, salon, medical spa, retail, or front desk
- preferred employment within hotel or spa environments
- ability to work full-time
- strong customer service skills

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- answer phone calls promptly and professionally
- assist guests with questions about spa services and products
- schedule and manage spa and salon appointments
- process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately
- handle all transactions including spa services, gift cards, and gratuities
- maintain cleanliness and appearance of reception, waiting, locker, treatment, and storage areas
- coordinate schedules and communicate effectively with therapists
- escort guests to locker rooms and treatment rooms
