Job Requirements
- At least one year of experience in luxury hotel or restaurant front desk, customer service or sales
- Knowledge of South Florida local attractions
- Proficiency in English language communication
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional guest service
- Flexible and resourceful approach to problem solving
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year experience in luxury hotel or restaurant front desk, customer service or sales
- Knowledgeable about South Florida local attractions
- Proficient in English communication
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle special requests efficiently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a rotating shift pattern including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide information, recommendations and booking services for guest inquiries
- Process and deliver messages for guests
- Retrieve mail, small packages and facsimiles for guests
- Arrange and confirm recreational, business and dining activities both inside and outside the hotel
- Respond to special requests including dentists, doctors, child care, florists
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues promptly
- Register VIP guests as needed
- Promote company marketing programs and distribute printed materials
