Job Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in luxury hotel or restaurant front desk, customer service or sales
  • Knowledge of South Florida local attractions
  • Proficiency in English language communication
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to providing exceptional guest service
  • Flexible and resourceful approach to problem solving

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum one year experience in luxury hotel or restaurant front desk, customer service or sales
  • Knowledgeable about South Florida local attractions
  • Proficient in English communication
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to handle special requests efficiently
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a rotating shift pattern including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Provide information, recommendations and booking services for guest inquiries
  • Process and deliver messages for guests
  • Retrieve mail, small packages and facsimiles for guests
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, business and dining activities both inside and outside the hotel
  • Respond to special requests including dentists, doctors, child care, florists
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues promptly
  • Register VIP guests as needed
  • Promote company marketing programs and distribute printed materials
