Royale Company is currently seeking Concierge Attendants to join their team across various managed properties in New York City. This role is essential in maintaining the high level of service and security expected in luxury condominium complexes. The Concierge Attendant acts as the first point of contact for residents and their guests, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the building’s lobby. Employment is full-time with shifts available in the mornings and evenings, offering an hourly wage between $16 and $19. The position requires individuals who are personable, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

The concierge duties involve greeting and directing residents and guests, managing visitor logs, answering calls courteously, and processing incoming mail and packages. Attendants must monitor lobby activity closely, ensuring the safety and comfort of residents while facilitating smooth operations for the building staff. Technical skills such as basic computer knowledge and typing abilities are necessary to handle communication and record-keeping.
