Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to read write and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to sit stand bend kneel and lift as required with or without reasonable accommodations
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications
- Combination of education and experience in hospitality
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
- Experience in hotel or guest services is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Serve as a knowledgeable and friendly guide for hotel guests helping with personalized recommendations and assistance
- Offer information on local attractions make reservations and assist with travel arrangements
- Report to the Concierge Supervisor or Front Office Manager
- Enhance the guest experience through exceptional service and attention to detail
- Maintain professionalism reflecting HVMG's Culture of Excellence
- Support various guest needs including special requests and problem resolution
