Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without accommodations
- Availability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Prior hotel experience is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple requests and work collaboratively

Job Duties
- Serve as a knowledgeable and friendly point of contact for guests
- Provide personalized local recommendations to enhance guest experiences
- Arrange reservations for dining, entertainment, and activities
- Assist with special guest requests and travel arrangements
- Collaborate with Concierge Supervisor and Front Office Manager
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions and services
- Uphold HVMG's Culture of Excellence in all interactions
