Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to perform light food service duties
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to multitask and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
- Knowledge of the Dallas / Las Colinas area is beneficial

- Hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable with light food service and guest-facing roles

- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Set up, refresh, and break down food offerings in the Concierge Lounge
- Restock food, beverages, and supplies throughout service hours
- Keep the lounge clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times
- Greet and assist concierge-level guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Provide dining, transportation, and local area recommendations
- Assist with guest requests and special needs
- Communicate guest needs to appropriate hotel departments
- Follow food safety and cleanliness standards
