Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Ability to stand sit or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift carry push pull and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Ability to lift objects weighing more than 75 pounds with assistance
- Ability to move over sloping uneven or slippery surfaces and up and down stairs and service ramps
- Ability to perform bending twisting pulling and stooping movements
- Ability to speak clearly and professionally
- Willingness to follow safety and security policies

Job Duties
- Complete final breakdown of function by cleaning the room and returning equipment to proper location
- Complete closing duties including storing reusable goods and locking doors
- Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned stations and service areas
- Transport dirty linen to cleaning area, separate napkins from tablecloths, and restock linen shelves
- Practice clean-as-you-go procedures throughout the day
- Assist other departments to ensure optimum service to guests
