The role of Front Desk/Concierge at Heritage Place offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents while contributing to the seamless operation of the community. This position is available on a full-time, part-time, and PRN basis, providing flexibility to accommodate a variety of schedules and lifestyles. In this key role, the Front Desk/Concierge serves as the warm and professional first point of contact for residents, their families, visitors, and vendors. Responsibilities include greeting individuals with a friendly and polished demeanor, managing the check-in and check-out process, directing incoming phone calls efficiently, and assisting with various clerical duties that support day-to-day community activities.

Job Duties
