The Concierge Associate position is a pivotal role within SPS offices, known for delivering exceptional front office and office services that enhance the overall experience of all visitors and employees. This role represents the first point of contact at the reception area, making it essential for the Concierge Associate to create a warm, fun, and memorable impression. The Concierge Associate is responsible for more than just greeting guests. This role includes managing visitor registrations, coordinating meeting room bookings, ensuring the reception area remains impeccably clean and organized, and supporting variety of special requests with creativity and efficiency. Working Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., this position demands consistency, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively. The Concierge Associate is an integral part of the team, collaborating closely with Workplace Experience and other service teams to deliver seamless operations and support.
In this role, the Concierge Associate tracks visitor preferences and ensures those unique needs are anticipated and met, contributing to an elevated, best-in-class experience. They maintain strict adherence to company policies and safety procedures, ensuring the reception area is not only welcoming but also safe for all who enter. Proficiency in technology and office software such as the MS Office Suite is a requirement, along with strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
The role demands organizational skills, independence, and an ability to handle multiple responsibilities with accuracy and poise. Physical demands include occasional lifting of 40-60 pounds with cart assistance, and comfort with walking, bending, kneeling, standing, or sitting for extended periods to support daily activities. This position has negligible to no travel requirements.
