Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead the welcome, security, badging, and sign-in process according to JLL and client requirements
  • maintain an up-to-date building events weekly newsletter
  • reserve and manage collaborative spaces and conference rooms
  • reset collaborative spaces for next use
  • issue work tickets for maintenance requests and tech issues
  • provide guidance and basic training to client employees and contractors on reservation systems
  • organize, market, and lead activities or events such as dinners and bus trips
  • maintain working relationships with catering companies
  • collaborate and share best practices with the team
  • negotiate discounts with merchants, vendors, and local businesses
  • maintain and update calendar and welcome board for current events
  • be familiar with all conference rooms and provide schedules
  • maintain and update Concierge playbook
  • perform additional responsibilities as requested
