Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to two years customer service or hospitality experience required
  • Minimum of one year sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced computer literacy
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and on-call
  • Ability to lift or move up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to wear appropriate maintenance uniform
  • Fluency in English verbal and non-verbal
  • Ability to observe and detect emergency situations
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving ability if using company or own vehicle

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to two years of customer service or hospitality experience
  • Minimum of one year sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Intermediate to advanced computer literacy including MS Office and internet
  • Basic office organizational skills including filing and inventory
  • Strong diplomacy skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to perform basic to intermediate mathematical functions

Job Duties

  • Meets and greets all visitors and residents providing customer support and information about the community both in-person and via telephone
  • Provides miscellaneous services and information to residents signs for and distributes deliveries
  • Acts as a liaison between residents and management ensuring excellent communication and maintaining documentation of resident interactions
  • Maintains accurate knowledge of community pricing availability unit floor plans amenities and condition of vacant units models and common areas
  • Assists management with marketing efforts including developing promotions and advertisements
  • Regularly inspects community grounds common areas models vacant units and office areas providing recommendations for compliance and improvements
  • Handles resident issues timely with proper documentation informing Property Manager as necessary
