Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Two years customer service experience
- One year concierge or VIP experience
- Fluency in English language
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, fractions and decimals
- Ability to compute rates, ratios, percentages, taxes, discounts
- Ability to read maps and draw bar graphs
- Ability to understand and apply instructions in written, oral or diagram form
- Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, accounting and internet software
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally
- Capability to stand, walk, handle objects and communicate effectively
- Willingness to work flexible full-time shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- Proficient in word processing software including Microsoft Word
- Skilled in spreadsheet software including Microsoft Excel
- Experience with accounting and internet software

Job Duties
- Answer guest inquiries with information about local entertainment including trips, excursions, sports events, concerts, restaurants, and plays
- Discuss routes, time schedules, rates, and accommodations to determine guest preferences and book reservations
- Verify arrival and departure times, trace routes on maps, and arrange for baggage handling and other guest requests
- Deliver tickets to guests in their hotel rooms
- Perform other duties as assigned
