We are currently seeking a diligent and personable Concierge Agent to join our Guest Services team. Reporting directly to the Director of Guest Services and the Chief Concierge, this role is essential in ensuring our guests receive impeccable service tailored to their individual needs. The Concierge Agent acts as a knowledgeable resource, anticipating guest requests and offering informed suggestions to enhance their stay. This position involves managing guest inquiries, making dining and activity reservations, facilitating transportation arrangements, and collaborating closely with various hotel departments to maintain high service standards. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
must hold valid authorization to work in the USA
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
proficiency in using reservation and communication software
exceptional problem-solving skills
ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations

Job Duties

Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel features, services, attractions, amenities, locations, and hours of operation
assist guests with mail, messages, and any plans or arrangements including onsite and offsite activities
assist guests with dining reservations and group or special occasion dining needs
monitor guest inquiries via phone and email prior to arrival and during their stay
assist with departure arrangements including booking transportation, online flight check-in, and travel plan adjustments
act as a liaison and resource for other hotel departments and employees
stay knowledgeable about daily hotel functions and promotions
personalize pre-arrival communications to VIP members offering concierge services
provide support to the Front Desk and Royal Service departments as needed
perform other assigned duties
