Job Requirements

  • 2+ years call center, customer service, concierge or hospitality experience
  • ability to handle large call volumes while maintaining excellent customer service
  • demonstrated efficiency and effectiveness in a high call volume environment
  • ability to multitask and stay calm during stressful situations
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including second shift (7am - 9pm)
  • ability to maintain confidentiality
  • willingness to engage in continuous coaching and feedback
  • bilingual proficiency in Chinese

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years call center, customer service, concierge or hospitality experience
  • experience in healthcare, insurance, or medical group preferred
  • strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • excellent multitasking ability with ability to listen, talk and type simultaneously
  • strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • effective verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to maintain confidentiality
  • demonstrated time management and priority setting skills
  • ability to build trust and credibility through consistent communication
  • experience working in a high-volume call environment

Job Duties

  • Answering inbound calls from members and addressing their questions and concerns
  • making outbound calls as needed to provide proactive support
  • resolving member issues by liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • following up on pending member issues to ensure resolution
  • researching and investigating member concerns to provide accurate information
  • coordinating hand-offs and communication among team members
  • documenting member interactions and updating records
