Job Requirements

  • Ability to act in a resident's best interest and make responsible choices and decisions
  • Ability to be a professional first impression with extraordinary people skills and a warm smile
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a timely manner
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Organization and time-management skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer skills with Microsoft Office including Teams, Outlook, and Excel
  • Willingness to learn and maintain a positive attitude daily

Job Qualifications

  • Less than high school education or up to one year related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous experience as receptionist preferred but not required
  • Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft software required
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to learn new applications quickly

Job Duties

  • Answering and transferring all calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Providing information, direction, and assistance to residents, staff, guests, and vendors
  • Performing a variety of clerical duties as assigned
  • Acting as a professional first impression with extraordinary people skills and a warm smile
  • Handling multiple priorities in a timely and organized manner
  • Communicating effectively both written and verbally in person, electronically, and over the phone
  • Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Teams, Outlook, and Excel
