Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
- Make arrangements or identify appropriate providers
- Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and ensure satisfaction
- Gather, summarize, and provide information about the property and surrounding amenities
- Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
- Contact appropriate individual or department to resolve guest calls or problems
- Review shift logs and document pertinent information
- Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
- Complete safety training and certifications
- Follow company policies, maintain uniform and personal appearance
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
- Assist individuals with disabilities
- Use clear and professional language in communication
- Prepare and review written documents accurately
- Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships
- Support team goals
- Listen and respond to other employees
- Comply with quality assurance standards
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 10 pounds
