Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
  • Make arrangements or identify appropriate providers
  • Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and ensure satisfaction
  • Gather, summarize, and provide information about the property and surrounding amenities
  • Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
  • Contact appropriate individual or department to resolve guest calls or problems
  • Review shift logs and document pertinent information
  • Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
  • Complete safety training and certifications
  • Follow company policies, maintain uniform and personal appearance
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
  • Assist individuals with disabilities
  • Use clear and professional language in communication
  • Prepare and review written documents accurately
  • Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships
  • Support team goals
  • Listen and respond to other employees
  • Comply with quality assurance standards
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
