Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of technology and ability to troubleshoot
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (two days in the office, three days remote)
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties

  • Act as primary point of contact for all guests of the office (clients, partners and visitors)
  • actively help with logistics and their specific requests, build rapport with them
  • Ensure conference room technology has been set up, pre-tested and is working at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled in-office deposition
  • adhere to technology protocols for each room
  • Maintain a professional appearance of all conference rooms and client-facing areas (e.g., ensure supplies are refilled and stocked
  • client areas are clean, tidy and welcoming
  • chairs and tables are arranged properly)
  • Treat our partners as key members of our team
  • go out of your way for them and ensure they are set up for success
  • Be knowledgeable of and educate clients and partners on Veritext product and services
  • promote their value, encourage their use, provide assistance, troubleshoot and/or know where to direct the inquiry/escalation
