- Must possess the ability to handle stressful situations in a calm, professional manner
- Strong computer skills
- Opera PMS experience preferred
Job Duties
- Embody the shared values of Hotel Drover
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and calmly deliver results in a demanding, fast paced environment
- Offer a warm welcome and departure experience to our guests in accordance with the Company's standards
- Promptly answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
- Respond promptly and thoughtfully to guest requests or complaints, and take appropriate action and follow up
- Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services such as transportation, reservations, dry cleaning by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers
- Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about the property and the surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities
- Assist guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest
